Limited-Circulation Book

With a budget limiting this project to a two-colour design, and content that targets university-level students, it was necessary to come up a very bold two-colour scheme that would nab readers attention, while maintaining a sense of the value and eloquence of the content within. This book would be passed out within educational institutions as a useful tool to help students learn to think broadly.

 

In order to respect the budget limits, this design was boiled down to the idea of reducing things to their essence. Images were driven by an extreme simplified contrast, and the colours chosen were a dynamic combination. This could appeal both to students desire to read through something fun and interesting while also reflecting the content’s bold ideas and raw strength and power.
